Our Padstow free range bronze turkey has a wonderful flavour, a little richer than a traditional style. The Banbury family at Trengleath Barton near Padstow, have been rearing turkeys for 50 years. They are dry plucked, hand finished and hung for a minimum of seven days to ensure it is at its most delicious.
Our serving guide is generous, and should allow for leftovers.
