Hiring Cafe Manager

Location: Fee’s, Rock Road, PL27 6JT

Responsibilities

Managing Rock and Port Isaac shops.
To create a happy and positive environment for customers and staff.
Ordering from suppliers and managing stock.
Produce staff rotas using our Plan Day software.
Communicate effectively with the prep unit team.
Good product knowledge and enthusiasm to learn.
Monitor the team’s performance promoting achievements and identifying weaker areas for improvement.
Provide and organise training for your team that will benefit them and the business.
Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of building occupiers and visitors.
To ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the shop and equipment is kept up to date.

Details

Full time
Up to £28,000 per annum
Average 42 hours per week across 5 days between Monday and Sunday.
Staff discounts in Fee’s and Four Boys.
Healthy lunch provided.
